Creamy Healthy Fudgsicles

Cold treats are a must in the summer.  We love to freeze grapes for a healthy summertime snack.  Other frozen fruit favorites are pineapple and raspberries.  Making homemade smoothie popsicles are a fun treat too.  And for the chocolate lovers in our house we can't get enough of these creamy chocolate fudgsicles.

Creamy Chocolate Fudgsicles

(adapted from this recipe)

2 small, very ripe bananas
1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk (I like this brand)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
small pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender.   Blend until well combined.  Pour into popsicle molds.  Freeze.  Makes 5-6 pops.

What are your favorite cold summer treats?
