I am a mother to four young children.  When I sit them down at the dinner table my goal isn't to fill their tummies, it is to nourish their bodies.  That means cooking all natural whole foods and eliminating the processed stuff.   You might find it interesting that I don't like to cook.  But I do it anyway.  Just about everything in our house is made from scratch because I feel very strongly about what my family eats.  I believe that the kind of food we eat really does matter.  

The recipes you find here won't be fancy or complicated.  This is a collection of my tried and true, everyday, simple recipes.  Tasty, good for you, nourishing recipes.  I hope you enjoy them.
